Copyright Infringement Procedure – DMCA
Sophia’s Odyssey respects copyright law. If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted here without permission, please submit a notice containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the owner (or authorized agent).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed (e.g. URL or description).
- Identification of where the infringing material is located on our site (URL).
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement under penalty of perjury: “I have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized …”
- A statement: “The information in this notification is accurate, and I am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.”

Upon receipt of a proper DMCA notice, we will:
- Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
- Notify the person who posted the content;
- Consider reinstating materials if a valid counter‑notice is filed and legal requirements are met
